Meet Melissa Green

Melissa Green joined the KTA team in Fall 2022, a natural professional evolution following a 20-year career in residential interior design and project management. Melissa’s extensive knowledge of the multitude of steps involved in building and renovating homes and her meticulous organizational skills create a professional, streamlined experience for KTA clients. When coordinating a project and its team members, her passion for large-scale renovation and construction extends to all project facets, including post-occupancy maintenance coordination. Her KTA projects are currently based throughout the United States, including Palm Beach, San Francisco, the eastern seaboard, NYC and the Hamptons.

Prior to joining the KTA team, Melissa owned and ran Modern Green Home, a business focused exclusively on the design/build of eco-friendly homes in the Hamptons. With a love of design and client relations, she evolved her aspect of the business into interior design and launched Melissa Green Design in 2010. With two decades of managing projects, she felt ready for the transition into the Owner’s Representative world and embraced the opportunity to join KTA.

Born and educated in the United Kingdom, Melissa grew up in London and the English countryside. She lived in Italy for three years while studying Art History and Italian at the University of Florence. She moved to New York in 1995 after earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Art History from Richmond College in London. She currently splits her time between Sag Harbor and New York City.
