Meet Dmitriy Polyakov

Dmitriy Polyakov worked for multiple architecture and construction firms concentrating on residential design prior to joining Karen Thomas Associates in 2014. He has more than 12 years of experience in architecture, construction and project management. Dmitriy is passionate about the interdisciplinary nature of owner representation and manages highly integrated and complex 7,500 to 15,000 square foot penthouse and townhouse projects for KTA with amazing enthusiasm. He is highly focused and drives projects forward with a paramount focus on each owner’s specific goals. A member of our office systems and technologies team, Dmitriy leverages his technical knowledge base to foresee and overcome issues with intent and precision: He develops the project tools KTA uses to provide critical task tracking and keep projects on budget and schedule.

Dmitriy graduated magna cum laude from The Spitzer School of Architecture at The City College of New York in 2016. He obtained his Architecture License in 2020 and is also LEED Green Building Design & Construction accredited. When he is not overseeing our projects, he enjoys Peloton rides, hiking, yoga and meditation.
