Meet Ali Fouladi

Ali Fouladi joined KTA in 2023 and possesses a strong foundation in architecture, construction and development.

Ali’s experience spans from design to construction management, a natural outgrowth of his innate curiosity. His broad base of expertise enables him to navigate complex projects with precision and insight. Ali embraces the role of problem solver and uses his varied skillset to assess and resolve complicated issues. He is adept at bringing multiple perspectives and team members together to achieve project objectives.

Ali is detail-oriented and skilled in both architecture and construction, which provides a thorough perspective on building projects. Prior to joining KTA, Ali worked on large-scale, mixed-use projects with Perkins Eastman Architects and Marvel Architects.

A native of Iran, Ali is bilingual in Persian and English. He moved to New York City in 2010 and earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute and a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University. Ali lives in Brooklyn and enjoys long walks, skiing, tennis and visits to museums and art galleries. He is fascinated by architectural history and theory and appreciates the challenge and excitement of learning new things.
