Meet Tim Brunner

Tim Brunner has been with KTA since 2013, where he has worked on many projects, including multiple townhouse renovations, which entailed significant excavation scopes to expand the houses below ground. In addition to his primary focus on townhomes, Tim has experience with renovating and building buildouts in new construction buildings. His expertise includes knowledge of excavation, shoring and underpinning; Department of Building-required special inspections; and extensive AV/lighting and security systems. He is fascinated with technology and uses this strength to keep KTA abreast of cutting-edge technologies to document and track projects.

Tim graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and design. He then moved to New York City, where he honed his skills in planning and development. In his free time, he loves to play around with and test out the latest tech gadgets and technologies. He has an avid interest in sports, art and design and enjoys spending his leisure time in Central Park.
