Meet Maximilian (Max) Schupfer

Max Schupfer joined KTA in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in leadership, operations and team development. His skill set includes utility analysis, financial reporting and tenant relations.

Prior to KTA, Max worked for a real estate private equity firm. He helped manage the firm’s diverse portfolio of more than 100 buildings in New York City and led initiatives that optimized processes and enhanced team efficiency in property management.

Max graduated from Eugene Lang College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. His background in economics and passion for market insights drive his ability to deliver exceptional results.

Outside of work, Max is an avid motorsport enthusiast,. One of his passions is motocross, a sport he has enjoyed since childhood. He is also keen on aerial photography and enjoys capturing different landscape perspectives with his drone. Beyond these pursuits, he cherishes time spent with his Frenchie, whose companionship brings joy to every adventure.
